1.Project background

(2)Fashion and original light textile material occupy 65% of its market commodity shares, “secondary reconstruction ” will be started in 3006.
(3)During the reconstruction, raw and supplementary materials circulation platform will set up the key to success is to establish the textile fashion industry chain;
(4)As the new functional zone for function supplement and industry supporting of Hanzhengjie, the project will form a news industry development base based on “big commerce& trade, bit circulation”, undertaking its functional extension.

2.Site selection of project
To the south of Middle Ring Road and adjoining the Taiwanese Investment Zone; to the north of Hankou-Danjiangkou railway and connecting Hanzhengjie Urban Industrial Zone; to the east of Jiefang Avenue and close to Wangjiadun central business district.
3. Project Introduction
The total land occupied 750 mu, including 75000 m2 to be built. A commercial trade Logistics Park with fast start up, low cost, high efficiency, complete matched facilities and good service will be set up, a bulk transaction area for light textile and fashion, production processing area and brand cultivating area to be established will drive the sound development of Hanzhengjie Street to promote the emergence of Wuhan in central China and improve the city comprehensive demonstrative functional area urgently required by the development of light textile and fashion industry of Hubei and Wuhan.
