1.Project background
Wuhan city Party committee and Wuhan municipal government attach much importance and supports to the development of modern logistics industry of Dongxihu district and the modern logistics has become one of its pillar industries. Wuhan International Logistics Park, i.e. Hubei Wuhan B Bonded Logistics Center is the only bonded logistics center approved by the State Customs Administration in central China area, which is located at the north of Hankou-Danjiangkou Railway, the west of 2nd Gaoqiao road, the south of Gexin Avenue and the east of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. It adjoins the No.106 National Highway in the north and reaches Shanghai-Chengdu High Speed Railway in planning in the south. The Logistics Park is based on the regional superiorities of Wuhan and relies on Wuhan Railway Container Center Station under construction. It can radiate to the five provinces in Central China and connect the markets at home and abroad. It has the functions such as domestic transfer, international purchase and distribution, entrepot trade, speedy customs passing, bonded warehouse, simple processing, value added service, tax reimbursement for export, information processing, etc.

3.Cooperative modes
The bonded logistics center has established the standard logistics facilities to welcome the professional logistics company to settle; the Logistics Park can adopt the cooperation by region and single item, part of its land use right can e transferred and be developed and constructed by the investor himself; part of the facilities can adopt BOT cooperative mode.
