Project Summary:
This project is located in the southwestern corner of the intersection of Wangcheng Broadway and Shiyou Road with an area of 297 mu, convenient transport facilities, complete water and electric power supplies and perfect infrastructural facilities. There is one specified railway line for use. It is planned the project is for market, commercial and warehouse used land. It is intended to develop and construct the Luoyang interflow centre of commodities for building materials with an area of over 100 thousand ㎡ for business facilities, 18 thousand ㎡ for a transshipping zone for the goods yard and two parking lots. The total investment for the project is 130 million RMB. After the project is completed and put into running more than 1500 businessmen can be accommodated with an annual volume of trade of 1.2 billion RMB.
