Project Summary:
The project is located at the western exit of Luoyang city. It is planned to make investment of 770 million RMB with an area of 3.16 million ㎡ occupied, including six specified zones (comprehensive business zone, specified business zone, industry zone, storage and transport zone, living zone and large meeting and exhibition centre for business activities). At present the comprehensive business zone, storage and transport zone, living zone and large sized meeting and exhibition centre for business activities have been completed. The comprehensive business zone is mainly used for commodity demonstration and trade with a floor area of 80 thousand ㎡. The international meeting and exhibition centre can accommodate 800 exhibition positions up to international standards and is one of the largest exhibition centres in the Central Plains region.
