Hutie Ruyi Logistical Park is a sub-section under Hutie Ruyi International Business Develoment Inc., Also, is the first established high-tech logistic firm developed under Hutie Development Department.
Hutie Ruyi’s developing goal is with accordance to “take advantage of railway transportation, make use of policies of subsidies logistics, improve employee’s quality and image, put effort in working on the new modals for railway logistics, take the first year as building foundation, second year upgrading scales, third year making brand in order to make Hutie Ruyi a multi-functioned logistical base and a leading company with unique characteristics.” The tactic goal is to “assist high tech and developed companies”. According to the goals, the service provided are prepared to be cargo transportation, storage, distribution, multi-transportation, national/international cargo agency, custom claim, checking, logistic planning & information service, office building sale/rental; and others.
Hutie Ruyi Logistical Park is located in the city of Huhehaote, Ruyi developing zone, construction area is 66666.5 sq meters. The first period investment of 30 million was spent on building two storage houses, an integrated office building and Baita railway trasptortation base. The park’s total area is 12 thousand sq meters, having complement buildings, distribution trucks, liquid-pressure trolleys and other tools in handy. The office building area is 4177.90 sq meters, including office and residence, food & beverage service and information network services.
The second and third period investment will be applied on constructing intelligent storage rooms, information center and upgrading services. The park’s Baita Railway internal transportation base is 61276.10 sq meters, including office building, open-air storage room and cargo trainer piling-up space. The efficient length of the railway is 144.4 meters, used for electrical component, electronic wares, medical product, dairy by-product, agricultural supplements’ cargo trainer & loading services. Baita railway locates at a distance of merely 10 km away from logistical park. Being right in the government appointed logistical zoning area, they are able to form a chain of road and railway network. Ruyi Park has internal network that enables the connection with Riyi Inc, Baita railway, inter-company departments such as storage room, customer service. In such a way that people’s dream of working without paper comes true and efficiency of cargo entry & exist, management and assignment is improved with Internet transmission.
