a.Brief Projector background:
The stable fund Fishing Industry of Qiandao in Wendeng City has fixed assets in $190 million; it has 670 employees, including about 40 technical specialists. Also, there are subsidiaries in Shipper manufactory, refrozen companies, herbs and feeding animals’ workhouses, and one port. The capacity is up to 30 shipping tankers at one time; feeding sea cucumber, sea-ear, and certain treasure fishes more than 100 thousand grain; annual producing marten 100 thousand; the volume of refreezing industry up to 5,000 tons. In 2004, the total sales is $339 million RMB, and the net profit is $56.34 million RMB.
b.Project Content:
The covered area is up to 375 thousand sq meters; the depth of coastline is 6 to 8 meters; coastline is 900 meters in length. So far, the dam is 600 meters; one 1,000 tons sideway; two 50 tons cranes; one 500 tons sideway; 13 thousand sq meters port parking area; and 300 equipments variously. The total investment is up to $400 million RMB.
c.Evaluation and Analysis: The domestic’s shipper manufacturing industry has been pushed into pea season, the orders have been assigned after 2008.As the local port is not finished, and there are no places to park ships for fixing. After the project is done, the annual parking volume will be reached to 2 million tons, and the manufacturing capability will be improved to reach 100,000 tones.
The investment return time is about six to eight years
