a.Project Description:
Build two extended ports loading volume in 1,000 tons, 4,000 meters driving path to the port, 3,000 tons port by taking geography advantages; to achieve the China National Port level II.
b. Project conditions:
The project locations is along the coastline of Bohai Sea, where goes through Huanghe River and Tuhaihe River; the good location benefits the shipping industry positively; and also, the potential shipping development is another future plan; there are 5 parking terminal at the Fuguo ports, and covers port warehouse in 40,000 square meters; the port inventory takes 40,000 sq meters; the river is under construction right now, after the cleaning, the depth of the river is 6 to 7 meters, and the width of the river is 90 meters.

d. Market Evaluation:
It connects with the domestic shipping routes around Yantai, Tianjin, Dalian, Lianyungang, Shanghai used in shipping carrying; the annual capacity is up to 2 million tons; There are 2 electronic power planet( electricity 135 MW) under construction planning; the annual coal requirement is up to 730 thousand tons; 1.8 tons coal requirement in 2005; besides, a project which covers land 1,000 arches.
